Description of Duties:
1.Supervise quality work in IQC, IPQC, FQC, OBA, MRB, RMA, CAR;
2.Deal with customers on complaints and rejects;
3.Develop and maintain effective quality, environment, occupational health & safety (QEHS) management system and procedures;
4.Be the driver for internal audits to drive the effort in complying the QEHS procedures;
5.Be the leader in making compliance to external audits including closing CAR timely;
6.Be the management representative to assume responsibilities outlined in the QEHS Manual;
7.Be the owner of the QEHS targets established by management;
8.Implement continuous improvement programs;
9.Involve in vendor qualification and RoHS programs
Requirement:
1、Degree in electrical or mechanical engineering preferably with cable assembly knowledge;
2、Experience in quality control of 5 years min and familiar with quality tools such as SPC, MSA, FMEA, APQP, PPAP, Problem Analysis Tools, 6-Sigma;
3、Good spoken English;
Special Qualification:
1、Trained in quality management and familiar with ISO9000, ISO14000, QS9000 and OHSAS18000, preferably a qualified auditor;
2、Familiar with international standards such as UL, CSA, ASTM, DIN, JIS, CECC;
3、Possess necessary organizational skills to build good quality documentation control;
4、Possess necessary leadership to indoctrinate workforce on quality procedures and quality initiatives;
